2023 SUMTER REGISTRATION RESOLUTIONS

To All AMA National Enduro Participants:

We are more than sorry for yet another 1st round registration debacle. Even though the system is out of our control and completely in LiveLaps hands, it is ultimately our responsibility as the series promoter to bring the series a quality and fair online registration system.

We were assured by LiveLaps that there would be no problems this year, but obviously that was not the case. We are accepting no excuses from them, as this is not the first time we have been in this position, and now we will need to do our best to sort out a bad situation once again.

We are gathering all of the rider’s pre-entry information, including time stamps from when each person trying to enter was locked out the first time or was able to complete their entry. We will use these time stamps to determine where the completed entries that did not receive a row number should be, and get them as close as possible to where they would have landed if the system would not have crashed.

For those that were charged multiple times, please e-mail your PayPal receipts to info@nationalenduro.com and we will work with the SERMA Club to refund the appropriate amounts as quickly as possible. Please use ‘Multiple Charges’ as the subject line of the email.

If you did not pay for your entry and have a payment pending, unconfirmed or inpayment status, and would like a row number, please go into your LiveLaps account and complete the payment so that we can get you a row number. Those that canceled their registration will not be able to make a payment and will need to re-register once we reopen entries.

Once we have all of the entries that are currently in the system sorted out, we will open up entries again for those spots that are still available.

Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for this issue, and we will do our best to get it corrected as soon as possible.

Best Regards,
NEPG
